✅ When Can I Request a Refund?
A refund may be issued if ALL the following conditions are met:

The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The original box is required. If it was damaged upon delivery, you must notify us immediately with photos

Your claim is pre-authorized by a Jumpzylla support agent.
- Refunds are not automatic. You must first contact us with order details, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).

The product is covered under warranty, and one of the following applies:
- A manufacturing defect is identified
- Product arrived damaged during transit
- A component is missing or defective out of the box
- The refund is requested within the warranty period (2 years for standard warranty, 1 year for extended warranty).
🟡 Conditional Refund Situations
Jumpzylla may partially refund or provide store credit if:
- The product has a verified defect and cannot be repaired or replaced with parts
- A valid Force Majeure warranty applies (e.g., damage caused by natural disasters with coverage)
These are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
❌ When Are Refunds NOT Offered?
We do not issue refunds for the following reasons:

🔁 What About Exchanges?
We do allow product exchanges for different sizes or models, if the item is new and unused in its original box, and the customer covers return shipping (unless under warranty). Contact support to check eligibility.
📦 Shipping & Return Costs
- Prepaid return labels are only provided if the refund is due to a warranty-covered issue.
- For all other refund scenarios, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs
⏳ Refund Timeline
- Once approved and your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
