✅ What Can Be Returned?
Products are eligible for return only if:
- They are brand new, unused, and in original condition
- They are packaged in the original box
- A return request has been pre-approved by our support team
Returns are only accepted when the product meets these conditions and the return has been authorized through our customer service.
🚫 What Cannot Be Returned?
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, assembled, or partially assembled
- The item is not in its original packaging
- The return request is made without prior approval
- The item was damaged due to:
- Misuse or neglect
- Incorrect installation
- Modification not approved by Jumpzylla
- Acts of nature (e.g. wind, rain, snow)
- Use in commercial or rental environments
💡 What if my box arrived damaged?
If your product box arrives visibly damaged, please notify us immediately and include clear photos of the box and product. Failure to report shipping damage at the time of delivery may void your eligibility for a return or replacement.
📦 How Do I Return a Product?
- Contact customer support to submit a return request.
- Our team will confirm if your item is eligible for return.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the product back in its original box using the carrier of your choice (unless you receive a prepaid label).
🚚 Do You Provide Prepaid Return Labels?
We only offer prepaid return labels if the product qualifies for a warranty-covered replacement due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
We do not offer free return shipping for:
- Unwanted or mistakenly ordered items
- Items damaged by the customer
- Weather-damaged items without Force Majeure coverage
In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase. If you'd like to switch to a different size or model:
