Ensure at least 6 feet of clearance around the trampoline. For example, a 12FT trampoline requires a 24FT x 24FT area.
👶 What age is it suitable for?
Recommended for children aged 6 and up, with adult supervision advised at all times.
🔁 Can I exchange sizes?

🧰 What if parts are missing or damaged?
If you notice any issues upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll promptly send replacement parts or arrange for a replacement as needed.
Is it possible to buy new parts?
At the moment, we offer no new parts for sale but if your trampoline is newer than two years, you are still covered by warranty. Otherwise, feel free to connect to our Customer Service and they will find you a solution depending on each case.
My trampoline is out of warranty but I need replacement for a part?
Even if your trampoline is out of warranty, you can contact Jumpzylla Customer Care and our team will look for ways to get the correct part to you if it's available. You might have to pay shipping costs for out of warranty products, but the parts themselves will always be free.
