We stand behind the quality of every Jumpzylla trampoline. This warranty explains what’s covered, what’s not, and how to request service if needed.
✅ What's Covered
All Jumpzylla products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty and Service Agreement from the date of purchase.
This warranty includes:
- Replacement parts for damaged or defective components
- Access to product support and documentation updates
- Product improvements (if available) in case of manufacturing defects
- Coverage for items purchased directly from Jumpzylla or through authorized selling channels
🛠️ How to Get Service
To request service:
- Contact us using the details provided in your product manual or at contact@jumpzylla.com
- Be prepared to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos showing the defect
- Your order number and contact information
All warranty claims must be pre-approved by our support team before any replacements, returns, or refunds are processed.
📅 Terms of the Agreement
- Your warranty coverage starts on the day of purchase and lasts 24 months.
- If you purchased an Extended Warranty, that additional coverage will begin once the original term ends.
- Each agreement applies to the original owner and product only, unless transferred with our approval.
🔧 Limitations & Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Products returned without reliable proof of damage or purchase
- Setup, installation, or product assembly assistance
- Items that were modified without approval from a certified Jumpzylla technician
- Issues caused by:
- Neglect, misuse, or improper use
- Improper installation or environment
- Acts of nature (wind, lightning, snow, rain, etc.)
- Commercial or rental use
- Normal wear and tear
- Injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow product safety instructions
🔎 Note: Missing manuals do not void your warranty. You are responsible for reviewing safety and setup instructions, which are available online or by request.
📦 Returns & Refunds Under Warranty
- Products must be returned in their original box.
If the box is damaged on arrival, notify us immediately and include photos. - At our discretion, we may offer:
- Full replacement
- Partial replacement
- Partial or full refund

Prepaid return labels will only be issued if your product qualifies under warranty replacement. We do not cover return shipping for:
- Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items
- Items damaged by the customer
- Damage caused by natural disasters
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method, and are typically processed within 5–10 business days once your return is approved and received.
